Quick Tip: Cocoa Powder Cake Pans

Is there anything more frustrating for chocolate cake bakers than having visible flour stuck to dessert? Easy solution: Don’t use flour to “flour” the pans. Use cocoa powder instead! It works just as well as flour but will blend in with your cake.

I always use dark chocolate cocoa powder. Always.
