Tortilla Roll Ups

Tortilla Roll Ups | Easy No-Cook Party Appetizers

My mom has been making tortilla roll ups as long as I can remember. I make them for most big parties I host because they’re so fast and easy to make and it’s a filling appetizer that requires no cooking. It’s the perfect make-ahead party appetizer. They’re actually even better the day after you make them so you could easily do them the day before. What’s not to love there?

These are bursting with flavors and color thanks to the green chilis and roasted red bell peppers. I make these for SO many parties and game nights but you might recognize them from my Cinderella Ball, at which I  called them Carriage Wheels for a whimsical twist. No matter when you serve them, I hope you get as addicted to them as I am!
