Maple Vinaigrette

Maple Vinaigrette Recipe

This is one of my absolute favorite salad dressings. It’s just so cozy! It’s a little sweet with a bit of heat from the Dijon mustard. The flavors are very well balanced and this goes with so many types of salads, such as my autumn burrata salad and blueberry salad.

Right before whisking the ingredients

I’ve written this up in two different amount for you so that you have options. The jar amount makes enough for for 10+ salads, while the small batch makes enough for a couple of salads.

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp maple syrup
