Looking for a quick, festive drink to serve on Christmas morning? Make my easy Christmas Mimosas! I served this gorgeous drink at my Cozy Christmas Brunch. And yes, you can easily make this a mocktail.

This is such a simple drink: just a 50/50 ratio of Cran-Apple Juice and champagne or sparkling cider with a dash of angostura bitters. With a hint of orange, apple, cranberry, and a fresh rosemary sprig, this drink tastes quite a bit more complex than it is.

You can use any cranberry juice that you like but I loved this cran-apple juice first thing in the morning.

If you want to be really fancy, add a sugar rim! Doesn’t it look so gorgeous and snowy for the holidays?

Cran-Apple Juice
Champagne (or sparkling cider)
Optional: angostura bitters
For garnish: lemon wedge, granulated sugar, rosemary sprig

  1. For the sugar rib: Rub a lemon wedge around the edge of champagne flutes. Immediately dip in granulated sugar.
  2. Fill each glass halfway with champagne or sparkling cider, waiting for bubbles to subside. Fill the rest of the way with cran-apple juice or cranberry juice. Add a dash of angostura bitters and garnish with rosemary sprigs.

  1. […] I served scrumptious mango peach orange juice in addition to Christmas Mimosas. This festive cocktail can very simply be made right into a mocktail. In reality, I served it each methods! Simply mix champagne (or glowing cider) with cran-apple juice and a touch of orange bitters, garnish with a rosemary sprig, and add a snowy sugared rim if you happen to’re feeling further fancy.
