Looking for a healthy dip recipe? Make Creamy Whipped Feta! This easy three-ingredient dip is so good, we did the whole bowl in one sitting. No regrets!

People over think whipped feta, adding so many ingredients that truly don’t need to be there. We are simply whipping salty, creamy feta with plain Greek yogurt, and a bit of lemon juice. That’s it! If you love lemon and feta, you will LOVE this easy dip.

I started out using the mini food processor we keep at the lake house but quickly switched to my immersion blender and the results were amazing with the latter. Don’t be afraid to use your immersion blender for ultra creamy results! This whipped feta will thicken quite a bit in the fridge. We chilled it for an hour before enjoying and it was perfect!

We kept it simple and topped ours with some reserved lemon zest and a sprig of rosemary but it would be so cute with a drizzle of olive oil, dash of paprika, and even chopped oregano.

Creamy Whipped Feta
8 oz feta
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Crumble an 8 oz block of feta. Blend well with Greek yogurt and lemon juice using a food processor or immersion blender until it’s smooth and creamy. Add a bit more yogurt or lemon juice to reach your desired thickness. Chill for an hour before serving.
- Serve with pita chips, pita bread, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, etc. Top with lemon zest, paprika, a drizzle of olive oil, or chopped oregano.
Also, shoutout to Copia Vineyard‘s gorgeous 2022 rosé, which paired perfectly with this creamy whipped feta. It was a positively enchanting combination for happy hour at the lake!
