Looking for a pink and green salad for your Wicked-themed party? I got you, girl! Make my delicious Nessarose Spinach Salad with blackberries, cucumber, bleu cheese, and pumpkin seeds.

Don’t like bleu cheese? No problem. Feta or goat cheese would be delicious substitutions.

I served this delicious salad with raspberry vinaigrette at my Wicked Ball because I wanted the dish to be pink and green but if you prefer, balsamic vinaigrette would also be delicious!
