Looking for a delicious new yogurt combination? Try these Strawberry Banana Yogurt Parfaits! I used Chobani strawberry yogurt and it was just perfect paired with freshly sliced banana and vanilla granola.


I served these beautiful pale pink parfaits at my Galentine’s Brunch. You could of course also include strawberries in these yogurt parfaits but they aren’t in season and I wanted a soft look for this party. Plus, I never use only banana for parfaits and I thought it would be a nice change of pace!

Use really good granola here. Vanilla or maple are best. I always choose a granola with a little bit of dried fruit in for a little extra something. This one has dried cherries.


Strawberry Banana Yogurt Parfaits
Bananas
Strawberry yogurt (I used Chobani)
Granola
- Slice banana into the bottom of your serving glass. Top with strawberry yogurt, granola, more sliced banana and granola.
- Finish with a dollop of yogurt and a final sprinkling of granola. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
