At long last, I’ve developed the perfect recipe for gooseberry jam and it couldn’t be easier to make. When I found this insanely delicious gooseberry jam by a company who’s been making it since the 1800s, I knew it would be special.

I served these adorable little sandwiches at my Snow White Tea Party garnished with pansies from my garden. (Did you know pansies are an edible flower?) These little sandwiches could not be cuter for a spring tea party in the garden.

If you’ve never had gooseberry jam before, you’re in for a treat! This is such a simple tea sandwich but so delicious. Gooseberry tastes a bit like a hybrid of mango and apricot and pairs perfectly with havarti cheese.
