Cocktail Recipe: Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise's Snowflake -

It’s finally the weekend and I don’t know about you, but I could use a cocktail! The fine folks at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise were kind enough to share the recipe for Walliser Stube’s delicious cocktail, The Snowflake. Now if only I could drink at with stunning Lake Louise in my view!

The Snowflake at Walliser Stube

1.5 oz Vanilla vodka
0.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz lime
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz White cranberry cocktail

Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until combined. Serve over crushed ice.

I had the best time on my trip to Fairmont Lake Louse in 2014. The water is truly the most mesmerizing color. I could stare it and drink the Fairmont’s epic hot chocolate every evening and be the happiest woman alive. Banff has so much to offer in terms of adventuring too!
