It’s finally the weekend and I don’t know about you, but I could use a cocktail! The fine folks at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise were kind enough to share the recipe for Walliser Stube’s delicious cocktail, The Snowflake. Now if only I could drink at with stunning Lake Louise in my view!

I had the best time on my trip to Fairmont Lake Louse in 2014. The water is truly the most mesmerizing color. I could stare it and drink the Fairmont’s epic hot chocolate every evening and be the happiest woman alive.

Banff has so much to offer in terms of adventuring too! You can hike up to waterfalls, spot grizzly bears from mountain chair lifts, and watch the sunrise from a kayak. Read about my adventures in Alberta here.
