Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Bites

Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Bites

Looking for a delicious no-bake treat that takes five minutes to make? Make my Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Bites! These taste even better than they look. I can’t wait for you to try them!

Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Bites

This easy homemade candy would be a lovely addition to a Christmas cookie plate. Who doesn’t love a treat that’s salty AND sweet? They’re rich and satisfying without being too heavy.

Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Bites

I got twenty treats out of this batch but you could easily get two dozen+ if you made them a little smaller.

Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Bites

12 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 cup mini pretzels, crushed
1 cup lightly salted peanuts
Sea salt for finishing

  1. Melt baking chocolate and peanut butter in a double boiler or at half power in the microwave.
  2. Stir in crushed pretzels and peanuts. Drop spoonfuls onto cooking sheets lined with wax paper or silicone mats. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top.
  3. Refrigerate for 45-60 minutes and enjoy! Note: I recommend keeping these in the fridge. Eat them cold or set them out 15 minutes before serving.

Happy no-baking,
