Apple Cider Mimosas are the perfect thing to sip at Thanksgiving brunch! This easy cocktail takes mere minutes to throw together and tastes like a warm holiday hug. Who doesn’t love cider, champagne, and cinnamon? YUM!
If you want to really get fancy, rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your champagne glasses and dip them in cinnamon sugar. The aroma adds an extra cozy element and of course, it tastes delicious with apple cider mimosas! You could also garnish with apple slices or cinnamon sticks if you prefer. All would be gorgeous!
I like a half-and-half ratio for mimosas (classic orange juice mimosas included!) but feel free to do more or less cider depending on your personal preference. One bottle of champagne will easily make six mimosas. Want to make your own apple cider? Get my recipe here.
