Could this bark be any prettier? It’s mesmerizing with its swirls of dark chocolate and peanut butter and it sparkles ever so slightly from the sea salt on top. The best part? It tastes even better than it looks!

I was inspired to make this dark chocolate peanut butter bark by a friend of mine coming into town who’s on a gluten-free high-protein diet. If he thought that meant I wasn’t making him a Christmas treat, he was wrong! My brain immediately screamed “peanut butter bark!”
If you love Reese’s, you’ll love this dark chocolate peanut butter bark. This easy recipe only takes minutes to make and easily doubles. It’s delicious year-round but particularly nice to make in the summer when you don’t want to turn on the oven and during the holidays, when you need a quick no-bake treat that’ll last for weeks.

- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt chopped chocolate in microwave at half power just until melted, stirring every thirty seconds.
- Pour melted chocolate on prepared baking sheet, spreading to desired thickness.
- Warm peanut butter in the microwave at half power for about 30-40 seconds, just until easy to pour. Drizzle melted peanut butter over chocolate, then use a knife or toothpick to swirl the peanut butter around.
