Easy Oreo Fudge

This Easy Oreo Fudge recipe is perfect for the holidays. This no-bake treat lasts for weeks! I always include fudge on our Christmas cookie plate and this is definitely a new favorite. I love the texture the Oreo cookies add to the creamy fudge.

I just love making fudge. I’ve made it every year for Christmas since I was young. It’s quick and easy to make and is so delicious! I hope you love this fabulous little recipe as much as I do.

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
2 tsp vanilla
14 Oreo cookies, chopped

  1. Spray an 8″ square pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour sweetened condensed milk over chips and top with cold butter cubes. (Do not stir.)
  3. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30-60 minutes until chips have mostly melted. Stir to finish melting.
  4. Mix in vanilla and chopped Oreo cookies, saving some Oreos for on top.
  5. Spread mixture in prepared pan. Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
  6. Loosen the sides with a spatula. Flip upside down onto a cutting board. Cut fudge into squares and enjoy! Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
