I just love making fudge. I’ve made it every year for Christmas since I was young. It’s quick and easy to make and is so delicious! I hope you love this fabulous little recipe as much as I do.

Easy Oreo Fudge
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
2 tsp vanilla
14 Oreo cookies, chopped
- Spray an 8″ square pan with nonstick spray.
- Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour sweetened condensed milk over chips and top with cold butter cubes. (Do not stir.)
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30-60 minutes until chips have mostly melted. Stir to finish melting.
- Mix in vanilla and chopped Oreo cookies, saving some Oreos for on top.
- Spread mixture in prepared pan. Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
- Loosen the sides with a spatula. Flip upside down onto a cutting board. Cut fudge into squares and enjoy! Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
