Need inspiration for your next tea party? Here are three of my favorite tea sandwiches!

I served this assortment at my Bridgerton garden party and there were a hit. A classic cucumber sandwich is elevated with chive & garlic Boursin cheese, smoked salmon sandwiches get a zesty twist with fresh lemon zest, and chicken salad is upgraded with phyllo cups.

These beauties are best served on a two- or three-tiered serving platter with fresh mint sprigs for garnish. yum!
Thank you to my grocery partner Kroger for supporting The Rose Table and this recipe! It’s partnerships like this that keep The Rose Table going.

Pro tip: Make chicken salad the day before so it’s ready to go. Make both sandwiches ahead of time, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until your tea party. So easy!
