The Rose Table is ten years old today. Can you believe it?! What a wild ride it’s been. I want to take a moment to thank all of you for going on this incredible journey with me.

Nothing brings me more joy than seeing you recreate my parties and serve my recipes to your friends and family. Some of you have even told me that The Rose Table inspired you to start your very own garden!

I’ve loved to bake since I was a little girl. When I became a publicist at age twenty-two, my job was so stressful that I craved a day a week that I could slow down and enjoy a nice dinner in the garden with friends. I’ll never forget riding my horse Wendy when my dressage trainer said, “You should start a food blog.” The rest is history!

A lot has changed in ten years. I live in a different house, a different city, I have a different hair color, I own my own company, and now 300,000 of you follow along, but my mission remains the same: to inspire others to create unforgettable memories for their loved ones.

I’ll never forget all the times on vacation growing up when my mom would grab my arm and say, “This would have just been a Tuesday!” I really took that to heart.

Here are a few of my favorite moments over the last ten years:

Alice in Wonderland

The Disney Dinners series changed my life. I had just 10,000 fans when I first hosted Frozen and the episode got a whopping 10,000 views. Due to personal reasons, I almost gave up halfway through the year, nearly cancelling my Alice in Wonderland party. My mom wouldn’t let me quit, saying, “I think this could really be something.” My Wonderland episode got over 400,000 views, over 100,000 new fans, and my content creator deal with Facebook.

The Rose Table Cookbook

I couldn’t believe it when I was approved about writing a cookbook and I truly poured my heart and soul into it. My friends were shocked to see how many recipes from my cookbook they’d eaten but that was exactly the point: my cookbook is full of recipes I make all the time in my real life. The Fairytale Line

I launched a magical fairytale line last fall and it truly couldn’t be more me. I have the pillows, artwork, drinkware, tote bags, and more all over my house. If you believe in happily ever after and livin’ that fairytale life, you’ve got to check it out! Shop The Rose Table here.

The Cinderella Ball

The Cinderella Ball is near and dear to my heart. It was my way of celebrating the first 12 months of Disney Dinners that put The Rose Table on the map and, well, it was truly one of the greatest nights of my life. Get excited because I’m celebrating ten years of The Rose Table with a Wicked Ball in a few short weeks!

What’s next for The Rose Table?

I have an exciting update to share. I’ve decided that after so many requests to do, I’m finally going to share more of my life with you and dive in with weekly vlogs on my YouTube channel. If you want to see more of my every day life, my garden, my horse, and what I cook when I’m just hanging out with my friends on a Tuesday, you will love this series.

We’ll go to the farmers market together, pick out a Christmas tree, decorate for parties, and hang out at the lake house. These longer vlogs will be exclusively on YouTube so be sure to follow @TheRoseTable there if you haven’t already!
