Antipasto Bites

Antipasto Bites

Looking for a super simple snack to serve at your next cocktail party? Make Antipasto Bites with white cheddar, artichoke hearts, red bell pepper, and salami.

Sometimes is simple packs a lot of punch. I served this easy appetizer at my Wicked Ball as “Boq Bites.” Who doesn’t love a friendly make-ahead appetizer?

There are so many variations you could do for this concept. Try cherry tomatoes or olives instead of the bell pepper and artichoke. If you want to be really fancy you could serve some balsamic or pesto for dipping but I wanted a no-mess bite since we would be in formalwear.
