“So have another drink of green elixir
And we’ll have ourselves a little mixer”

If you’ve never tried Midori (Japense Melon Liquour) before, you’re in for a treat. It’s my secret ingredient in several cocktails, including my famous Foolish Mortal.

This Green Elixir Wicked Cocktail couldn’t be easier. It’s just Midori and champagne. It has a light, citrusy flavor that goes well with bubbles.

Green Elixir Cocktail

1/2 oz Midori
4 oz champagne

1. Fill a champagne flute with Midori. Top with champagne. Ooh and ahh as the champagne turns green!
