Holiday Avalanche Bark

Holiday Avalanche Bark

Holiday Avalanche Bark is a quick and easy no-bake holiday treat inspired by my favorite thing at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The whole family will love this delicious peanut butter marshmallow treat!

It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with my Avalanche Bark so it’s no surprise that I found an excuse to make more this holiday season. How cute does it look like Christmas sprinkles? So festive!

Holiday Avalanche Bark

This recipe uses a 9×13″ pan, making it perfect for the holidays when you need a lot of cookies without dirtying your mixer. Little bakers will love helping you with this easy recipe.

  2. Melt white chocolate melting wafers according to package directions, whisking in peanut butter before the last 30 seconds in the microwave. Gently stir in Rice Krispies Cereal.
  3. Cool 5-10 minutes (the mixture shouldn’t feel warm to the touch), then gently stir in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon into prepared pan and decorate with Christmas sprinkles. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set, then cut into squares.
