Cucumber Radish Tea Sandwiches

Radishes are such an underrated spring vegetable. They’re so cute and cheerful and they add a lot to this cucumber sandwich! Don’t skip the fresh dill either. It makes it!

Note: Don’t want to cut them into rounds? No worries! I made just cut the crusts off and cut my bread into fourths for my Oscar watch party.

I came up with this recipe for my Snow White Tea Party and I know I’ll make these again and again. This really is the perfect spring tea party sandwich!
