Easy Baked Mahi Mahi

Easy Baked Mahi Mahi

Look for an easy weeknight dinner that’s elegant enough for company? Meet your new go-to seafood recipe! I took one bite of this and fell in love. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked Easy Baked Mahi Mahi!

Butter is the key. Do not substitute anything else. Plan on half a tablespoon of butter per filet, then season each filet well with sea salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Twelve minutes later you’re eating the most magical seafood dinner!

I love this recipe served with roasted potatoes and a side salad. Just toss quartered baby Dutch potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and put in the oven 20-30 minutes before you add the Mahi Mahi. Add the Mahi Mahi when you flip the potatoes. It’s so easy to prep the fish on the foil, then set the foil on the sheet pan.

Note: I wrote this up per filet but you could easily fit 4, 6, or even 8 filets on a single sheet pan!
