There’s cute and then there’s Honey Locust Farms. How have I never been here before?! The Rockwall, Texas event venue has the chicest coffee shop on site that’s transformed during the holiday season with a magical Harry Potter overlay. If you love a little whimsy in your day, you absolutely must visit. Accio coffee!

The Vibes

The vibes were impeccable. Honey Locust Farms has laid out the spacious coffee shop with cozy little nooks to curl up and stay awhile and boy did they spare no expense. I almost fell over when I walked in and saw the stunning leather couches majestically styled in front of a large fireplace! The sheer number of Christmas trees inside will have you feeling like you stepped onto the set of a Hallmark movie.

Christmas at Hogwarts

For a limited time you can enjoy the Christmas at Hogwarts overlay: festive Harry Potter decor such as Hedwig perched above, floating candles, and even a wizard-themed Christmas tree with golden snitch ornaments and Hogwarts acceptance letters tucked amongst the branches. You can also enjoy special Harry Potter-themed drink specials!

The Coffee

The coffee was delicious! I ordered the Christmas at Hogwarts: a warm latte with brown sugar and cinnamon. Can’t go wrong there! My friend Joshlyn ordered Dumbledore’s Secret Recipe served cold, with adorable gold sprinkles.

The Shop

On the opposite side of the room you’ll find lots of tables with gift options. Who doesn’t love picking up holiday gifts while sipping a cup of coffee?
