Tomato and Mozzarella Skewers

Also known as caprese salad on a stick, this is one of the many appetizers I regularly make that hardly requires a recipe. Since I made three different skewers, I only prepared one of these per guest and had a ton of tomatoes and mozzarella balls leftover. Make as many as you want! This is also delicious drizzled with balsamic vinegar, which I had planned on doing until my savvy mom pointed out how detrimental balsamic drizzle would be to our white ensembles.
