Fairy Godmother Punch

This punch was an absolute hit at my Cinderella Ball and it’s so easy. I spiked Hawaiian Punch, pineapple juice, and ginger ale with champagne and added a pineapple star ice ring for a whimsical touch. Guests came up to me all night raving about it!

Fairy Godmother Punch | The Rose Table

People overthink punch. In my opinion, a champagne punch will never go out of a style when you need to serve a crowd. It’s sweet, bubbly, and fruity – just like Cinderella’s fairy godmother!

Fairy Godmother Punch | The Rose Table
Fairy Godmother Punch
1 gallon Hawaiian Punch
1 large can pineapple juice
1 large bottle (2 liters) ginger ale
1 bottle champagne
1 pineapple

  1. Remove top, bottom, and rind from pineapple. Slice pineapple into medium slices. Cut stars out of pineapple slices using a cookie cutter. Fill ice mold halfway with water. Arrange pineapple stars to your liking in the ice ring. Freeze for an hour. Fill with more water and freeze until your party. Just before serving, run hot water on the bottom of the mold until ice ring pops out.
  2. Stir chilled ingredients together in a large punch bowl. Add ice ring.
