What’s more delightful than a warm chocolate chip cookie sundae? It’s a classic! My chocolate chip bar cookies are perfect for this because they’re so soft and a great size for a sundae.
I topped my sundae with vanilla ice cream, my delicious homemade hot fudge sauce, and toasted pecans. If you’ve never made hot fudge sauce before, you’re in for a treat. I ALWAYS have a jar in my fridge. It takes just a few minutes to make and it keeps for months. I love having it on hand for impromptu dinner guests. I scoop some ice cream, add homemade hot fudge, toast some nuts and it’s always a crowd pleaser.
