Looking for an easy salad dressing for your fall salads? Make my apple cider vinaigrette! With honey, a bit of Dijon, and apple cider vinegar, this dressing is perfect for my Apple Season Salad or Butternut Squash Feta Salad.
Apple Cider Vinaigrette
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt, pepper to taste
- Pour olive oil in a jar. Slowly stream apple cider vinegar into olive oil, using an electric salad whisk to emulsify the dressing. Whisk in honey, Dijon, and salt and pepper to taste.
