Sometimes you just want a simple roasted potato with dinner! Here’s how to roast baby Dutch potatoes. It’s very simple to do: just toss halved potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper, then pour on a hot baking sheet and roast until nice and golden.
One trick I have for roasting potatoes is to stick the baking sheet in the oven when it’s cold. Let the sheet preheat in the oven. Putting the potatoes on a hot sheet keeps them from sticking. Pro tip! If you want to be really fancy, add chopped rosemary to the potatoes for the last five minutes of roasting. Rosemary roasted potatoes are my favorite!
