Simple Summer Salad

Simple Summer Salad | Summer Side Dish

This simple summer salad is the perfect side dish in the summertime to showcase those juicy garden fresh tomatoes! Make this all summer long when you have an abundance of tomatoes and fresh dill. (It’s also perfectly delicious with fresh basil, Italian parsley, or oregano.)

I couldn’t even count how many times I’ve made this. It’s quite funny that I’ve never blogged it before! I didn’t include any proportions because I’ve never once measured and you don’t need to either. Besides, sometimes I make a huge bowl when I’m entertaining, and sometimes I make a single serving for myself.
