Eggnog French Toast

This is hands down the best French toast I’ve ever eaten, which is saying a lot because I’m a total French toast snob and my Brioche French Toast is one of the top recipes here on therosetable.com. I decided to make this eggnog version just in time for Christmas and I’m telling you, this is a winning recipe for Christmas brunch and it only takes five minutes to make!

Eggnog French Toast | Christmas Breakfast Idea

I make french toast for myself for breakfast all the time so I typically write it up for a single serving but I went ahead also wrote it up for 4 and 8 slices of brioche to make it easy for you. If you’re making more than four slices at once, you can either work in batches in a large skillet or use an electric skillet to fit 8 slices at once.

This dish is so festive served with freshly whipped cream, raspberries, and mint. I like my French toast with maple syrup and powdered sugar too. Talk about a holiday splurge! So worth it.
