Cranberry Yogurt Parfaits

Cranberry Yogurt Parfaits

I can’t believe I’ve never used my famous cranberry sauce in yogurt parfaits before. It’s a game changer! I served these delight Cranberry Yogurt Parfaits at my Cozy Christmas Brunch. This is such a quick and easy Christmas breakfast dish and it’s absolutely gorgeous for the holidays, especially garnished with fresh mint!

You can use whatever yogurt you like. I love Greek Gods honey vanilla yogurt but any vanilla yogurt will do here. It’s easy to make a bunch at once or you could set out the ingredients and let everyone build their own. I usually buy a maple pecan granola because it’s so delicious with every kind of yogurt!

Could you use jam in a pinch? Sure, but if you’re one of the thousands of Rosies who make my cranberry sauce every year for Thanksgiving, be sure to save some sauce for these delicious layered Christmas yogurt parfaits. Plus my cranberry sauce has whole berries in it, adding more fruit to these yogurt parfaits. Raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, and bananas would also be delicious though!
