Parmesan Steak Fries

Parmesan Steak Fries

Looking for the perfect parmesan steak fries? You found them! These gorgeous baked fries are so tasty, you might gobble them all up before they even make it to your plate.

This recipe easily doubles for a crowd or halves for a single serving. Here russet potatoes are cut into wedges and tossed with olive oil and spices and roasted until their nearly perfect before being sprinkled with delicious parmesan cheese to finish. Yum!

The total baking time is about 35-40 minutes. I recommend flipping the potatoes halfway through baking so that they’re evenly golden. I hope you love these as much as I do!

2 russet potatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt, black pepper

1-2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
Fresh Italian parsley

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or a nonstick baking mat. Cut each potato into about 8 wedges, then toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, flipping about halfway through.
  2. Pull the potatoes out of the oven and carefully sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional ten more minutes until golden brown and fork tender. Sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley and enjoy!
