Orange Burrata Salad

Orange Burrata Salad

Get ready to feel like a 5-star chef with this easy, GORGEOUS Orange Burrata Salad. This has got to be one of the fanciest salads I’ve ever made and it only took a couple of minutes.

Orange Burrata Salad

You don’t have to arrange it in a wreath like I did. I was feeling particularly chef-y the night I made this. Feel free to build it like any other salad but if you’re feeling fancy, I highly recommend the wreath presentation on a large plate.

This was the perfect amount to be a side dish for two. There isn’t a ton of greens here on purpose. The greens are more of a garnish to the orange-burrata situation. The juicy pomegranate arils and salty pistachios complemented each other so well and the squeeze of lime really marries it all together.

I made this for the loveliest dinner in the garden with my friend Rachel. The salad went perfect with my Perfect Grilled Chicken, Greek Quinoa Salad, and Grilled Asparagus. Love the glasses? Shop my Fairytale Line here!

Orange Burrata Salad

1 cup arugula
1 large orange
1 blood orange

4 oz burrata cheese
1 Tbsp pomegranate arils
1 Tbsp pistachio, chopped
Lime juice to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Sea salt and pepper to taste

  1. Arrange arugula on a serving plate.
  2. Slice ends off of oranges, then slice away the peel, and finally, cut into slices. Arrange orange and blood orange slices around the arugula.
  3. Break two baby Burrata balls into pieces and place on arugula.
  4. Sprinkle pomegranate arils and chopped pistachios on top.
  5. Squeeze the salad with fresh lime juice (about one lime) and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy!
