Pita Bread
Hummus
Cucumber, chopped
Cherry tomatoes, quartered
Kalamata olives
Feta cheese
Pine nuts
Fresh Italian parsley or oregano
- Spread hummus on pita bread. Layer chopped cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, Feta cheese, and pine nuts. Garnish with fresh Italian parsley or oregano.
- Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
