This adorable Coconut Yogurt Mango Bowls taste even more delicious than they look. Trust me. It’s sunshine in a bowl!
A grocery cashier told me years ago that I eat more mangoes than anyone in my county. What can I say? I love mangoes! They taste so fancy, they’re pretty long-lasting on the counter, and they’re packed with vitamin C. What’s not to love?

I don’t know why mango bowls aren’t a thing. How adorable is this!? I scooped the fruit out of two mango halves, leaving two juicy little mango bowls that are perfect for yogurt.

The possibilities here are endless. Kiwi, pineapple, or blueberries would be delicious additions and of course, you could use vanilla or even peach yogurt if you prefer. Get creative with it!

Coconut Yogurt Mango Bowls
1 mango
1 6-oz container coconut yogurt
2 Tbsp granola
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
- Slice cheeks off of mango. Run your knife around the edges of each mango half, leaving a mango border. Scoop most of the fruit to form mango bowls. Cut the removed fruit into small pieces and set aside.
- Spoon coconut yogurt into each mango bowl. Top with reserved mango pieces, granola, and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
Happy eating,
