Greek Chicken Orzo Bowls

Greek Chicken Orzo Bowls

I truly could eat Greek Chicken Orzo Bowls every single day. What’s not to love here?! Serve with grilled naan bread and you’ve got yourself a spectacular lunch or dinner.

How many recipes am I going to make with my perfect grilled chicken? The limit does not exist. I cut boneless skinless chicken breasts in half and season with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. It’s absolutely perfect in this recipe!

This dish also features my homemade tzatziki, a quick and easy Greek cucumber yogurt dip that’s as healthy as it is flavorful. It’s my secret weapon in many recipes!

I did not measure here and neither should you. A box of orzo and two large chicken breasts will easily serve four people. Measure the rest with your heart!
