Looking for Galentine’s Brunch party ideas and fabulous make-ahead recipes? You’ve come to the right place! This is one of the easiest parties I’ve ever hosted and certainly the girlies.

Thank you to my grocery partner Kroger for supporting The Rose Table by sponsoring this party! It’s partnerships like this that keep The Rose Table going.
Watch the episode:
The Table
I’m in love with this table. Mom has been begging me for years to throw a “pink party” and now I see why. It’s so girly and fun that I haven’t had the heart to move any of the decor! I styled the table with a white and silver tablecloth, a pale pink runner, silver candelabra, and two large red and pink floral arrangements.

The Flowers
I’m so proud of these florals! I used short, wide vases to make large arrangements that my guests could still see over. I got one bouquet each of pink bleeding roses, red roses, white carnations, pink alstroemeria, and greenery to make two Valentine’s Day floral arrangements. They turned out so gorgeous!

Shoutout to Kroger for having the best floral department. I get all of my party flowers from Kroger! These arrangements still look perfect over a week later.

The Place Settings
I set each place with silver glitter placemats, my white China plates, hot pink napkins tied with cute Valentine’s Day heart napkin rings, and a matching china teacup.

The Ambiance
In addition to the table, I hung pink flower garlands (last seen at Disney Dinners: Alice in Wonderland) around the dining room and wrote “be my Galentine” on my chalkboard.

I also added an inexpensive heart garland to my entry way, which I think added a ton of charm!

The Drink

I served coffee and gorgeous Raspberry Mimosas for my Galentine’s Brunch. This recipe uses the same base as many of my favorite berry iced teas. The syrup can easily be made a day or two in advance and then you just spoon a tablespoon or two into each champagne glass and fill with bubbles. Even the foam is pink! Get the recipe here.
The Food
Galentine’s Brunch Menu:
Cherry Coffee Cake
Mini Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Mini Quiches
Breakfast Sausage
Strawberry Yogurt Parfaits
Cherry Coffee Cake

How pretty is this coffee cake?! It’s a vintage recipe of mine that somehow I’ve never published until now. I love it as breakfast or an afternoon snack. This recipe uses cherry pie filling, making it perfect for winter time. Get the recipe here.

Mini Chocolate Chip Pancakes

If you’ve never had my old-fashioned buttermilk pancakes, you’re in for a treat. These stole the show at my Galentine’s Brunch! I love them served with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and maple syrup. Get the recipe here.
Mini Quiches

This might be on of the cutest recipes I’ve ever come up with! They’re adorable, delicious, and can be made ahead. You know how much I adore a make-ahead recipe! I served both ham and cheese mini quiches and a veggie version with spinach, tomato, and feta cheese. Get the recipe for these adorable mini quiches here.
Strawberry Banana Yogurt Parfaits

I want a soft pink parfait for this girly brunch but now I’m wondering why I don’t make strawberry yogurt parfaits for breakfast every day! This is such a simple combination but so delicious. Get the recipe here.
Take Home Valentines

You didn’t think I’d let my gals leave without a Valentine, did you? I filled cute cellophane bags with heart-shaped Reese’s, Valentine’s Day York Peppermint Patties, Sour Patch Straws, and Hershey’s kisses for my friends to take home. They were served in a sweet heart-shaped basket, which I had on display in the parlour to add to the decor.
I hope this inspires you to host your girlfriends and celebrate friendship. Looking for more party ideas? Check out my Disney Dinners!
