Autumn Harvest Punch

Autumn Harvest Punch

Looking for a delicious way to serve cocktails to a crowd this fall? Make this cozy Autumn Harvest Punch! This large-batch recipe makes enough for a huge punch bowl.

With apple cider, spiced rum, sparkling wine, ginger beer, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and a hint of orange, this easy punch screams fall. It’s even great leftover!

Pro tip: make sure your ingredients are all thoroughly chilled before you start. You want to make this punch right before serving because you want the Prosecco and ginger beer to be nice and sparkly.

I served this autumn harvest punch at my Sleepy Hollow party and it really got us in the mood to party like it’s All Hallow’s Eve in 1790!

  1. […] I wished an old style punch for this get together since punch (and rum!) was all the craze within the late 18th century. This cozy Autumn Harvest Punch suits the invoice with apple cider, spiced rum, Prosecco, ginger beer, apple slices, star anise, and cinnamon stick. Get the recipe right here. […]
