This winter my mom got me the coolest birthday gift: a flower club subscription from Paper Bird Flower Farm. Y’all know I am Paper Bird’s #1 fan so this was an incredibly thoughtful gift!

How does flower club work?

This might change in the future, but this year’s flower club subscription included four huge bouquets: one bouquet picked up every other week for two months. You could choose your start date and pickup location: Rockwall, Fate, Wylie, McKinney, and Farmersville. Then you get an email and text reminder to pick up your bouquet.

What kind of flowers are included?

It varies from week to week but these are some of the prettiest bouquets I’ve frankly ever seen. There was a mix of tulips, lilies, snapdragons, ranunculus, iris, and more. They lasted so long in the vase – a huge benefit of buying flower from a local flower farm! My bouquets typically lasted 7-9 days, then I would remove spent flowers and enjoy a smaller bouquet for another week.

How much does it cost?

It’s just the cost of four large bouquets! You pre-pay at sign up, a brilliant way for a flower farm to remain profitable through the winter. Signups for the 2027 Flower Club will open in November, making this an make an incredible holiday gift for the flower lover in your life.
