There are moments in your life where you look around and think to yourself, I’m going to remember this for the rest of my life. That’s exactly how I felt sipping a Coconut Martini watching the sunset at Beauregard’s on the Beach at The Buccaneer Resort on Saint Croix. 

Where is Beauregard’s on the Beach?

Located on Grotto Beach at The Buccaneer Resort on Saint Croix, Beauregard’s offers sushi, tacos, burgers, and more. The outdoor restaurant and bar is steps away from the hotel’s pool and is a great place to grab lunch during the day.

Lunch

I worked up quite the appetite after swimming laps all morning so I treated myself to a Pineapple Salmon Sushi roll and a Lime in the Coconut cocktail. Such a refreshing lunch on a hot day! The lunch menu has lots of handheld items, sushi, and refreshing drinks.

Dinner & a Show

Dinner at Beauregard’s is top tier. Our table had a front view of the sunset and the fire dancing show on Friday night. More on that later! We split the sushi special to start and admired the sparkling blue water as the tiki torches and string lights became more visible and the sun dipped into the Caribbean Sea. 

We both ordered the salmon special: crispy salmon with ginger soy sauce over coconut rice with a vegetable medley. The salmon was so crispy, something we both love! You gotta love a dinner that’s as healthy as it is delicious. 

Definitely save room for the Godiva cheesecake. This was my favorite dessert at The Buccaneer! Our dessert came just in time for us to enjoy during the fire dancing show, which did not disappoint. The music and the show were so lovely. The crowd loved it!
