Antipasto Skewers

Antipasto Skewers | The Rose Table

It’s hard for me to even call this a recipe because it’s so easy but here we go! You can easily make these the morning of a party. Loosely cover the serving platter with plastic wrap and set on the table when your guests arrive. You can make as few or as many as you want. An 8-oz log of mozzarella makes about 50 skewers.

Antipasto Skewers

1/2 pound hard salami, thinly sliced
1/2 jar red bell peppers, cut into equal pieces

8 oz mozzarella, cut into cubes
Fresh basil, torn into bite-size pieces

  1. Carefully hard salami, red bell pepper, mozzarella, and fresh basil on a toothpick. That’s literally it! The flavors do the work for you. Optional: garnish the platter with olives.

Happy cooking,
