The Rose Table’s 2017 Holiday Gift Guide

“All I want for Christmas is a vineyard and unlimited airline miles.”

But let’s be realistic here. Cute mugs are probably a more doable gift! Here are some of my favorite gift ideas for 2017.

Paper Finch

These mugs are the perfect size for decadent hot cocoa! I am beyond sick of oversized cocoa mugs (no one needs that much cocoa!) and this is the perfect solution. Paper Finch has loads of fun designs for the holidays as well as state, city, zodiac, and quote designs to enjoy year round. Shop Paper Finch here.

Le Creuset’s Beauty and the Beast Pot

I bought this literally within one hour of its release and I could not love it more! If you have a Disney lover in your life, this is sure to put a smile on their face! It’s also a really darling size and I know I don’t have to tell you how fabulous Le Creuset is to cook with. Buy it here.

Sonnenglas

It’s pretty rare for me to gasp when I open a product but these solar-powdered mason jars are awesome. The jars can be filled with anything your heart desires: seashells, rose petals, sand, branches, whatever you can think of! The sun powers them during the day so they can light up your garden at night. Just flip the magic pin onto the lid and voila, your jar is glowing. They are so fun for anyone who loves to hang out outside. Expect to see a lot of these beauties at future Rose Table parties! Buy them here.

Lafco Candles

I know I raved about these in last year’s gift guide but I have another reason for you to love them: I’m still burning my original geranium mint candle. Lafco Candles are enormous and have a whopping 90-hour burn time. The geranium mint scent is a fabulous patio candle that keeps pesky bugs away so it’s not only aromatic but also practical. Buy it here.

Valerie’s Home Cooking

Valerie Bertenelli’s new cookbook Valerie’s Home Cooking is full of recipes from her cooking show, gorgeous photos of her enviable home, and a look into her daily life. Many of the recipes are quite healthy too: lots of salad, hummus, and veggies. Buy it here.

CÄK 30 oz Tailgater

I love a brand with a sense of humor. CÄK’s motto is The other guys have no balls. What’s not to love? CÄK is a giant insulated travel mug that comes with two freezable blue balls, the n’ice pair. You read that correctly. You can drink any chilled beverage without ice watering down your drink and get a laugh every time you look in your cup. Buy it here.

ThaisFlowers

I’m obsessed with these. Talk about a Rose Table hair accessory! A supremely talented New Orleans artist hand paints each and every flower and ships them to you with a handwritten note. I know the artist and am proud to support such beautiful work! I’ll definitely be sporting her designs on my next island getaway. Buy them here.

I Always Cry at Weddings

My friend Sara Goff wrote this New York love story! The leading lady breaks off her engagement much to the horror of everyone around her in favor of living the life she really wants to live. Proceeds from the novel benefit Sara’s charity, Lift the Lid, Inc, which teaches children in underprivileged areas how to write. Buy the book here.

Wine!

I don’t care what anyone says, I will never, ever be disappointed to see a great bottle of wine. Or eight.

Stocking Stuffer: Fiori di Sicilia

I am thrilled by how many people have written in asking where to buy fiori di sicilia! I get mine at King Arthur Flour and I can confirm it makes the perfect stocking stuffer for the baker in your life. Bonus? They’ll be able to make so many Rose Table recipes! Buy it here.
