A Snow White cocktail that’s perfect for the holiday season!
I have a confession. My regular readers now how much I adore wine and bourbon but if I really want to treat myself, I shake up a dessert cocktail. It’s my favorite! It’s kind of like a milkshake without all of the extra calories.
I came up with this recipe for Disney Dinners: Snow White, determined to serve a pure white cocktail. I almost faltered and served a poison apple cocktail but I was too set on the idea of The Fairest Cocktail of Them All, a name that I thought of almost a year ago.

This sweet concoction is simple to make in a cocktail shaker and only has three ingredients: half & half, hazelnut liquor, and vanilla vodka. Yum! Be warned though: it’s deceptively strong and doesn’t taste like it. Proceed with caution!

Serves 1
3 oz Frangelico (hazelnut liquor)
2 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz half & half
Ice
White sprinkles to rim the glass
1 lemon wedge
- Rub a lemon wedge around the edge of a juice glass. Gently dip the lemon edge on a plate with white sprinkles to create a sugar rim.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with half a cup of ice. Measure Frangelico, vanilla vodka, and half & half into the cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled. Strain into glass.
