Grilled Chicken Tenders

It’s wild that this has never appeared on The Rose Table before because I swear I make this every week! If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you know how passionate I am about chicken tenders. They have a bad rep I suppose because the frozen fried children’s food is also called chicken tenders but REAL chicken tenders are the tender cut of a chicken. If you’ve ever carved a whole chicken, you’ve seen the delicious small piece right under the breast that’s the yummiest part. That’s the tender.

Grilled Chicken Tenders

I always have pounds and pounds of chicken tenders in my freezer because they thaw quickly and cook up quickly. These are seasoned to perfection – don’t be shy with the seasonings! – and grill up in about 8-10 minutes. They’re delicious served with feta cheese sauce and tzatziki.
