Shrimp is so fast and easy to grill! When they’re hot from the grill, I brush grilled shrimp with melted butter and lemon juice, then sprinkle them with Italian parsley. Delicious! This dish literally takes five minutes to make so be sure to have your other sides ready to go before grilling your shrimp.
You can serve them still on the skewers for an elegant presentation. I also love grilled shrimp in pasta salad. Try my Grilled Shrimp and Veggie Orzo Pasta Salad!
