Inspired by Winifred Sanderson’s iconic spellbook, these edible eyeballs are perfect for Halloween. I specifically made these for my Witches Brew Stew at my Hocus Pocus party but you could really float them in any soup or top a pasta dish with them for instant Halloween fun.
This recipe is just two ingredients: cream cheese and sliced black olives. Just roll cold cream cheese into balls and press a sliced black olive into each one. They stay in tact shockingly long in soup.

Sliced olives
- Roll about half a tablespoon of cream cheese into balls, pressing sliced black olives into each ball.
