This Mango Berry Fruit Salad is such a perfect combination!
I often make fruit and yogurt parfaits for brunch, but since I was packing breakfast dishes up for my Brunch at the Barn, I wanted to keep it simple with a gorgeous fruit salad. This was such a delicious combination, I wanted to blog it to remember!
Personally, I love a mix of fruit without anything else but if you prefer, you could always toss this salad with some vanilla yogurt.
Mango Berry Fruit Salad
2 large mangos
2 pints blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 pint blackberries
- Slice cheeks off of mango, then score each with a knife. Slice away from the skin to get mango chunks. Toss mango with blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
