Easter Bark

This Easter Bark is so easy to make and fun for kids to decorate! I used chocolate mini robins egg Whoppers and colorful sprinkles in my Easter Bark for a quick and easy Easter treat.

The quality of chocolate is very important here because it’s pretty much all chocolate! I’m such a Ghirardelli girl (after all, my mom’s from San Francisco!), but use whatever high quality chocolate you love. Melt the chocolate in the microwave at half power or in a double boiler on the stove, then spread the chocolate out on wax paper or a silicone mat and decorate.

A few fun variations to this recipe: add chopped Oreo cookies, nuts, coconut, or even shredded coconut. If you’d like, you could also melt 8 oz of white chocolate, swirling it into the dark chocolate for a pretty effect. There are so many ways to make this easy Easter dessert!
