White Cheddar Cheese Wreath

Who says holiday appetizers need to be complicated? Arrange assorted cheese cubes in a circle, add some herbs and voila: a gorgeous holiday White Cheddar Cheese Wreath!

You could certainly take inspiration from my other wreaths and add olives or tomatoes here or even different looking types of cheeses (like Cotswold cheddar), but I loved the idea of a simple green and white cheese wreath. I did use three different kind of white cheeses here: aged white cheddar, sweet English cheddar, and a bourbon gouda.

  1. Arrange cheese cubes in a circle on a plate, carefully stacking a second layer on top of the first layer.
  2. Cut rosemary sprigs into 3-4 pieces each, then tuck rosemary pieces in the outside of the cheese wreath. Add a sage “bow.”

Stay cheesy,
