I’m not even 24-hours into my trip at Allegretto Vineyard Resort for my birthday trip with my best friend and I’m utterly enchanted. Halfway through my spa treatment at Spa Allegretto, I wondered how long it had been since I’d been this relaxed. I loved it so much that I immediately bounced back to the room to write about it for you!

About Spa Allegretto
The boutique spa at Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles, California has five treatment rooms and is beautifully appointed with stylish chandeliers, amethysts, and lanterns. The spa is open from 9 am – 6 pm daily and offers membership for those lucky enough to live nearby. I can’t even believe we almost didn’t book spa treatments. Rookie mistake! The moment we set foot on the property, Sarah said, “We’re going to the spa,” and I agreed wholeheartedly. Any resort that has this exquisite attention to detail is going to have an incredible spa.

The indoor relaxation room has a gorgeous crystal fountain bubbling away to help guests find their zen even before they set foot in a treatment room. Several large amethysts and the round walls promote a calming energy. The prosecco didn’t hurt either! There’s also an outdoor lounge area for those wanting fresh air. The spa’s manager Judy has got to be one of the most delightful people I’ve met on my travels. Her warmth radiates through the cozy spa.

Spa Allegretto is known for its Uno Duo and Duo Duo Massage packages, which includes a hot stone massage, cocoon body wrap, an eye treatment, scalp massage, and prosecco. Sign me up! For a four diamond resort, the spa is reasonably priced.
Signature Massage
We opted for the Allegretto Signature Massage, a soothing 75-minute Swedish massage with hot stones and the most incredible collagen lotion. Spa Allegretto uses Osea products, a Californian seaweed skincare line that I’m now obsessed with. Normally when I finish a massage, I want to immediately shower the oil off but not today. This is the most hydrated and lovely I think I’ve ever felt after a massage.
I just told Sarah, “I’m gushing in this article. It’s embarrassing!” To which she replied. “Good. That’s one of the best massages I’ve ever had!” And believe when I said, we have been to some of the best spas in the world.
My talented massage therapist Delfina was incredibly attentive and worked out all of my kinks. I feel light as a feather now! Calming piano music played through out my massage. The massage tables are incredibly high-end (like everything at Allegretto!), lifting and bending you as needed.
Final Thoughts
Spa Allegretto offers a variety of massages, body treatments, facials, and packages and is not to be missed on your next trip to Pas Robles. You don’t have to be a hotel guest to enjoy the spa, though trust me, you’re going to want to stay here! Read more about Allegretto Vineyard Resort here and get my full trip itinerary here.
