Charcuterie Cups

Charcuterie Cups

You don’t even know how to cook to be a fantastic hostess. Make these no-cook Charcuterie Cups!

The possibilities are endless here. Feel free to take this idea and run with it! I filled little cups with mixed nuts, four kinds of cheese cubes, salami, prosciutto, berries, and rosemary sprigs from my garden.

I almost added pickles and pickled asparagus but I decided I didn’t want pickle juice on everything. Feel free to get creative though! I love this idea for a party.

Because of their convenient little package, I had trays of these Charcuterie Cups all around the house at my Kentucky Derby party. I was originally going to add crackers to the cups but I simply forgot, so I had bowls of crackers set out for everyone.
