Looking for an EASY Thanksgiving side dish that requires very little hands-on time? You found it! These Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Goat Cheese are perfect for Thanksgiving.


Here delicious warm roasted Brussels sprouts are glazed with maple syrup and then tossed with dried cranberries and goat cheese. The cheese gets all melty and fabulous. Plus, this recipe easily doubles.


This easy recipe really tastes like a holiday dish! Plus it’s cute as can be with its red jewels popping. If you want, you could even add toasted pecans or a bit of orange zest for variations.

Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Goat Cheese
1 pound Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup goat cheese (2 oz)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim Brussels sprouts ends and slice in half. Gently toss with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Roast on a jelly roll sheet for 25 minutes.
- Drizzle maple syrup over Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Roast for another 5-10 minutes until done to your liking.
- Transfer to a serving dish and toss with dried cranberries adn goat cheese.
